Meet Our Team of Experts

Dave Kellar
Vice President

Prior to joining OneSource Benefits in 2004, Dave spent 16 years at the Geisinger Health Plan in various roles. Three years as a Sales Representative, then 5 years as Regional Sales Manager and 8 years as Director of Sales and Marketing. Dave resides in Mountain Top, PA with his wife Fran and his daughter Sydney.

Lisa Carver
Client Services

Lisa is a Senior Account Consultant and has been part of OneSource Benefits Since 2004.  She has an extensive background in hospital systems and service delivery and leads the customer support and service delivery for OneSource. Her outstanding attention to and understanding of clients needs set her apart from all others in her field! Lisa is married and has 2 children.  She enjoys running, hiking, golfing and cycling in her free time.  She volunteers at the local community food bank and is a proud “dog mom” of Milo.

Katie Burnett
Client Services

Katie joined the OneSource Team in 2015.  She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Policy & Administration from Penn State University. As an Account Service Representative Katie assists clients with enrollment, claims, billing issues, policy renewals and ACA compliance.  Katie’s favorite part of her job is providing fast and efficient solutions to employers and their employees with their benefit problems.

Ali White
Client Services

Ali joined the OneSource Benefits team in February of 2020. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from Bloomsburg University in 2012. As a Customer Service Representative, Ali assists clients with enrollment, claims, billing issues and anything to help the client be at ease with enrolling and renewal processes. Ali enjoys going for walks and spending time with friends and family.

Dave Kaunas
Director of Sales

Dave began his career with Capital Blue Cross and has over 18 years experience with employee benefits and consulting. He started with OneSource Benefits in 2018 as Director of Sales.  Dave is responsible for managing all self-funded clients in addition to new business development and strategic planning of the agency.  His extensive knowledge has enabled him to effectively manage and guide his clients to making the best decision for their company and employees. ​He resides in Orwigsburg with his wife Stephanie and their 3 children.

Thomas B Polinski Jr
New Business Development

Tom started with OneSource Benefits is 2004 and is the voice of OneSource. He has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry with a heavy concentration in healthcare. Tom heads the Telemarketing Department of OneSource and is extremely professional and enthusiastic. His understanding of the industry, persistence and attention to detail make him a valuable asset to the team!

Fran Kellar
Ancillary Benefits Manager

With over 20 years experience in sales and marketing Fran joined OneSource Benefits in 2011.  Fran oversees the ancillary business division and is involved with all aspects of group sales, implementation, customer service and support. Fran’s favorite part of the job is helping to design comprehensive and effective benefits programs for employers and their employees while making the process easy, and solving  problems which makes clients smile. In her spare time Fran enjoys spending time with family and friends, long walks with her dog and time at the beach.

Jennifer Lamoreaux
Benefit Administrator

Jennifer joined the OneSource HR team in August 2015. As the Benefit Administrator she is responsible for new hire benefit meetings, leaves of absence, 401K enrollment, claims resolution and HRIS set up. Her favorite part about the job is the difference every day brings. Her position provides a new experience every day, and helping customers with issues is where she thrives. Jennifer obtained an Associate degree in Business Management from LCCC. Prior to joining OneSource, Jennifer worked for a national health care provider and brokering service as an Account Support Representative gaining over 12 years of experience in the industry. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends. In the summer you can find her enjoying the outdoors on her patio with her dog Liberty.
